An independent place for veterans and military families to share real experiences with the VA — claims delays, care problems, benefits disputes, GI Bill and education issues, VA home loans, survivor and caregiver issues. Not affiliated with, run by, or endorsed by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

This page works alongside the channels that actually have authority to fix an individual case, not instead of them. If you haven't already, consider:

Your member of Congress Every House and Senate office has a caseworker who handles VA casework for free.

A Veteran Service Organization DAV, VFW, The American Legion, and IAVA all offer free help with formal VA claims.

What this page will never do

No money is ever asked of a veteran or a follower, and this page never fundraises — not now, not later, not even a tip jar. Every dollar behind it is self-funded. It also never takes a political side — VA successes and failures are both reported on the facts, regardless of which administration is in office.
